Purpose of the Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of Divine Aid exists to provide spiritual guidance, wisdom, and strategic counsel to the leadership of the organization. The Board supports the vision and mission of Divine Aid by offering prayerful oversight, accountability, and seasoned insight drawn from years of Christian ministry experience.

While the Executive Council oversees the daily operations of Divine Aid, the Advisory Board serves in a consultative role, helping to ensure that the ministry remains biblically grounded, mission-focused, and faithful to its calling.

Role and Responsibilities

The Advisory Board supports Divine Aid by:

• Providing spiritual counsel and prayer support

• Offering strategic guidance for ministry growth and outreach

• Advising on leadership, governance, and accountability

• Encouraging integrity, transparency, and biblical values in all activities

Dr. Kevin Butler

Chairperson

Dr. Kevin Butler serves as Chairperson of the Advisory Board and brings international perspective, Christian leadership experience, and strategic insight to Divine Aid. He provides guidance and oversight to help strengthen the ministry’s vision and global partnerships.

Reverend Father Okiki Cole

Archdeacon
Anglican Diocese of The Gambia

Reverend Father Okiki Cole offers spiritual wisdom and pastoral experience from within the Anglican Church in The Gambia. His counsel contributes to theological soundness, pastoral care, and unity within the wider Christian community.

Pastor Modou Camara

Every Home for Christ (EHC), The Gambia

Pastor Modou Camara brings extensive experience in evangelism and mission strategy through his leadership with Every Home for Christ. He provides valuable insight into outreach, discipleship, and Gospel engagement within Muslim communities.

Pastor Kingsley Madueke
General Overseer
Grace Generation Mission

Pastor Kingsley Madueke brings apostolic leadership experience and a strong teaching ministry to the Advisory Board. As General Overseer of Grace Generation Mission, he offers strategic spiritual counsel, leadership development insight, and guidance on ministry growth, vision alignment, and effective Christian witness across cultures.

Reverend Philip Senessie

Reverend Philip Senessie contributes leadership experience in church growth, missions, and discipleship. His role on the Advisory Board supports the development of effective ministry strategies and leadership training.

Pastor Israel Oneli

Secretary
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Divine Aid

Pastor Israel Oneli serves as Secretary of the Advisory Board and provides a direct link between the Advisory Board and the Executive Council. As CEO of Divine Aid, he ensures alignment between the Board’s counsel and the ministry’s daily operations.

Accountability and Integrity

The Advisory Board works in harmony with the Executive Council to promote accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship of resources. All guidance and recommendations are offered in prayer and in alignment with biblical principles.
