Rev. Emmanuel Oneli was born in Nigeria. He received his foundational education in Kaduna State, where he completed both his primary and secondary schooling. Guided by a deep sense of calling and purpose, he pursued theological education and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry.
